All participants must sign a waiver at Sarsaparilla Ice Cream Parlor before accessing the sledding hill. Adults (18+) are responsible for minors with them. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of sledding, including possible injury or death, and releases Steamboat Gulch and our affiliates from liability.
