Note: Before heading to the hill, please purchase your tickets and sign the required waiver at Sarsaparilla Ice Cream Parlor in Idaho City. This is also a great time to place any food or drink orders to be delivered directly to the hill for your convenience!

Classic Hotdog – A delicious hotdog served with your choice of homemade chili or without, and topped with your choice of fixings: ketchup, mustard, onions, relish, sauerkraut, and shredded cheese.
Savor our delicious nachos, served with crunchy tortilla chips and a choice of homemade chili or without. Topped with melted cheese, jalapeños, sour cream, and fresh diced onions, it's the perfect snack to enjoy while you take a break!
Each meal comes with a side of Miss Vickie’s kettle-cooked chips and a choice of soda or water for a complete, satisfying experience. Perfect for refueling after a fun day of sledding or tubing!
Offered in four delicious flavors: Huckleberry, Espresso, Butter Pecan, and Cotton Candy.
All participants must sign a waiver at Sarsaparilla Ice Cream Parlor before accessing the sledding hill. Adults (18+) are responsible for minors with them. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of sledding, including possible injury or death, and releases Steamboat Gulch and our affiliates from liability.
